Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey
  • 1 teaspoon of Hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning spices
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  • Freeze your turkey for one-two hours before slicing it into 1-inch-thick slices.
  • Prepare a marinade and mix it with your turkey
  • Place the mixture in the fridge and leave it there for 7–24 hours.
  • Dry for 5-7 hours at 160 degrees Farengates in a food dehydrator. Plan on 7 hours of drying time at 145 degrees Fahrenheit and 10 hours of drying time at 125 degrees Fahrenheit.
