  • Cut the salmon into no thicker than ¼-inch slices.
  • Mix the marinade ingredients in a measuring cup, add your salmon, and put it in the fridge for 7-24 hours.
  • Remove any excess marinade with a paper towel and dry your salmon at 160 degrees F for 7 - 9 hours.
